after import reviewers, list of reviewers does not appear to have changed #67

Here are instructions for reproducing the bug.

  1. start assign_gup
  2. create a new agup project
  3. import the xml fime
  4. import reviewers from the agup file.
  5. The list of reviewers does not appear to have changed.

  1. File menu -> Save As... does not result in a new file
