Restructure the repository, promoting all content in the v2.0 subdir to the repo root. The v1.0 and v1.1 directories could be removed (deprecate for now so existing workflows that wget the bash scripts by URL do not fail right away) in a future tag.
This repository already uses tag to mark version releases. The bash scripts and documentation for those releases will always be available via a tagged URL.
