Curious, one workflow (publish to PyPI) is failing early on. Restarted it and it failed again while others succeed. Maybe it is a temporary server problem. Come back later.

CI failure occurs when constructing docker container for publishing distribution to PyPI. Not related to this PR particularly.

I ran the tests locally and tested the --report CLI option with a personal h5 file. Looks good to me! Thanks!
