Need to visit the settings page and set the pages source to the gh-pages branch.

Shows up ~5 minutes after. But the style sheet seems off. Push it again from the workflow.

Still, the .nojekyll file is not present in the gh-pages branch. The conf.py file was created in 2014. Replace it with a new version.
