License not found on OSI list #237

The current license, Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) is not found on the list maintained by OSI.

Find a suitable replacement.

Several possibilities exist and the web site has helpful filters. Concerns:

OSI-recognized
international
re-use is OK
attribution is required
common licenses are favored

The GPL-3-clause license fits. In addition to the above concerns, it adds that contributors to punx do not endorse derived software derived automatically. Prior written permission is required.
