Duplicate entry in System Settings #384

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. if I go to the iPhone Settings page to access Siphon settings, I can see 2 
Siphon lines
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, only one :)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon 2.30rc1
iPhone OS 2.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
It could come from a bad manipulation on my side, but I wonder how I can fix 
that in a clean 
way.

Which version did you use before the installation of 2.3rc 1 ?
You could read issue 295 or reboot/respring.

i had this before installing 2.3rc1...
