Problem installing addon #633

Без имени I installed a new version of RenderMan 24.1 (2180719) and patch.zip, but gives this error

Where did you download Blender from? We've had reports that the Windows Store versions does not seem to be compatible with the addon. Only the builds from blender.org seem to work.

@Feldmanjoe then I would still try using a blender.org, just in case.

Apparently I'll have to download from blender org. Thank you for your help!
