Remove image border #107

It looks like all images are on white background. It might look better to make the background color of the product cells white, and remove the image border.

After selecting a category, products without an image show the "no image" default thumbnail. After any feature selection, this default thumbnail is replaced by nothing at all. The choice should be consistent. I think nothing at all looks lightly better, but that's subjective.

I think this can be solved in a complete sense when we solved template issue #102 to use one single-truth template, currently there are 2 places where we access and modify the product card div (one in feature-form.js and .one in SiteController)
