I am using Checkstyle for IntelliJ IDEA, version 10.12.3 and these checks make the Style.xml rule file unreadable (Checkstyle crashes when trying to read it).
The following checks are deprecated:
GenericIllegalRegexp: It was removed in release 5.0 and was replaced byRegexpMultiline,RegexpSinglelineandRegexpSinglelineJava(the latter was added in release 6.0)PackageHtml: Also removed in release 5.0, replaced withJavadocPackage(NOTE:PackageHtmlneeded to be under the moduleTreewalkerbutPackageHtmlneeds to be underChecker)This information can be found at the bottom of the release notes for version 5.0.
