Export Northing-Easting Coordinates #351

Exporting data from OPCs currently only supports IAU Cartesian coordinates. This should be extended to northing-easting coordinates as used by rover waypoints.

A north-easting reference needs to be added to the OPC meta data.

Northing and easting coordinates should be in the same ellipsoidal Mars2000 coordinate system which is used in the JPL regional mapping tools, such as CAMP(?). Elevation relative to the Mars geoid/zero elevation datum would be essential also. Thanks!
