Display bug: the up and down arrows for cells do not appear #377

When on the dashboard, the up and down arrows to move cells do not appear (but are still clickable and work fine):

Please do a hard refresh cmd + shift + R.

In general, in the frontend, how might we minimize the issue of requiring users to use cmd + shift + R?

All static assets are suffixed with a cache buster. This is not clear to me how it's possible to load out of date assets. Screenshot 2024-09-24 at 15 20 24

On Mozilla with macOS (with dark mode), I did the hard refresh but the arrows still do not appear?
