`skore` package description in PyPI needs work #395

The current package description for skore in PyPI needs work, because it is as I initially reserved the package name.

@thomass-dev can you provide the list of required and optional fields that we should fill in?

I think we should improve our pyproject.toml file to automatically fill the PyPI page by following this guideline: https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/writing-pyproject-toml/#about-your-project
