Remove Save View button #546

The "Save view as HTML" feature as proven more confusing that helpful.

Users expect to be able to interact on a centralized report, and be able to comment it
They prefer to download something like a PDF rather than a live HTML file
The button has a lot of importance in the UI, but it is not the important feature

Todo:

[x] Remove the button from the UI
[x] Update the README and documentation where appropriate
