Two things to deal with:

[ ] license is shown as dynamic in pyproject.toml, and
[ ] pyproject.toml has the tag "License :: OSI Approved :: BSD License" .

I think the problem come from the tag License :: OSI Approved :: BSD License @augustebaum. We can check by building locally a new package with the modified tag, before uploading on TestPyPI by hand.
