Globally, I would refrain from using a `code` style for every library references (skore, scikit-learn, this makes text more difficult to read for no major reason.

"The skore machine learning programming assistant" I am not at ease with this formulation. Let's use what we used on the main page: "Get assistance when developing ML/DS projects"

It says "The skore UI [...] These classes are meant for skore’s user interface." -> Well no, this API is meant for managing a Project.

In the User Guide, there is an API section, that is weird to me as I would think User Guide and API are at the same level. I understand the User Guide is a WIP, no problem about it, it just the hierarchy (see screenshot).
