How well should I expect the snap-fit between the block bottom and block top? #5

I got a loose fit, so I used some sticky tape to improve it, Is there a under-extrusion problem in my printer? Should the fit be perfect, without any play?

It can't be loose, otherwise when taking the block out of the base it disconnects. We can use fita crepe to tighten the gap. This problem is due to the calibration of the 3D printer and we should do a parametric adjustment to this.
