Summary of changes:

Allows to load libraries (css and js) from a CDN
Loads RTL css only when needed
Loads justifiedGallery only when needed
Improve accessibility on empty links setting an aria-label attribute
Improve color contrast ratio in dark theme
updated all libraries to latest versions
increased footer font size to 12
