fix a bug in search engine plugin url path #287

This only works if the website is at the root. If, for example, your website is at http://example.org/blog, the links will be incorrect. This issue has to be fixed in hexo-generator-search. See my issue here: https://github.com/wzpan/hexo-generator-search/issues/66#issuecomment-715889836
