fix the bug that the navigation links does not appear when sliding to the top.

This BUG appears in the Demo website.

When I swipe the page down, and then swipe the page to the top, the navigation links doesn't appear.

This fix was proposed earlier for #313 but my experience is that it does not solve the problem.

Yes！You are right.

When a page is full of pictures, it still have the bug.

I don't know why
