Enable Loom transitions in CGPM_Metamodel

As of https://github.com/probcomp/cgpm/compare/956117a4387f...208e5a455801, cgpm now supports transition_loom using the loom backend. It should be a simple to extend the MML ANALYZE syntax to expose it from the front-end:

• [x] Add LOOM keyword to the cgpm analyze grammar.
• [x] Add logic incgpm_metamodel.analyze to invoke engine.transition_loom.
• [x] Write integration test on a real-world dataset i.e. dha.csv or satellties.csv (synthetic cases with minimal inference quality exist in cgpm/tests/disabled_test_loomcat.py).
