…and add tests. Also removed redundant test coverage from test_misc. (I'm working on breaking up hirm.hh. I might put the Domain, Relation, IRM, and HIRM classes in separate files, if that sounds good to you).

I missed that hirm_test had CRP tests too! I merged them into crp_test.
