Upgrades re-com and all its dependent resources (css and fonts). Before these resources were at resources/libs/re-com/2.9.0 but now the updated ones are at resources/libs/re-com/2.13.2.
Why should we do this?
In the upcoming advanced compilation PR, some elements where taken from a newer version of re-com, but it wasn't clear which. I thought it would be easier to just cleanly upgrade to the latest version .
