Side note: despite the occasional typo, this chapter on causality is excellent. I've read several books on causality and I've never come across a description this principled, reconciled and comprehensive. This book really is incredible.

I fixed the typos. Thanks for the praise. However, it was actually @vveitch and @alexdamour who wrote this chapter :)
