I did a big revision of the BDA chapter! Would you mind revisiting this to resolve conflicts in chapter (should be trivial), and double check that the exercises still make sense?
I moved the tug of war analysis out of the main chapter so Ex 3 may need to go (or be changed to discuss a different model).
