Adds an experimental pound-include macro for multi-file church projects. B+ software engineering, but it works. (References #76)

webchurch is deprecated in favor of webppl (and development there has slowed too). We don't really do new development on it anymore, so I'm just going to close this.

Fair enough. A note about deprecation in the README or elsewhere could be helpful, though, as this family of languages is referenced frequently in the literature. Thanks!
