viz.marginals broken after webppl 0.9.10 #85

In webppl commit a95a550d2aa0c1af5da26d0b458ed419f942d5ba, logsumexp was moved from utils to the numeric module, so when viz.marginals is used in the webppl.org editor, it throws an error
