feature(webworker): enabled offline support via workbox #17

To achieve this functionality I've used Next Offline, which is a plugin for Next JS that brings Google WorkBox webpack plugin support to Next JS config. I've moved some of the config files to a separate folder and changed the way the app loads assets, such as favicons.
