ESP8266iTachEmulatorGUI responds but does not actually send IR #2

ESP8266iTachEmulatorGUI seems to respond over WLAN but does not seem to actually send IR on pin GPIO12 = NodeMCU D6. The non-GUI version ESP8266iTachEmulator does.
