The current retraction setting is too low (too much stringing) and we still get "too late" restarts of the extrusion.

try reducing extruder acceleration and extruder maximum jerk rate in the printer firmware config file or printer firmware source If all else fails, try setting the "Extra length on restart" parameter in the slic3r retraction settings
If we can manage to get this right, maybe we can increase the speed again.
