Lots of merge conflicts. Don't know how to merge this.

Looking from the outside I'd revert the gitignore change first and restore those example_configuration files, that should fix most of the conflicts.

Actually I am not sure if we need a menu entry, possibly we can just tweak the hardcoded value. I hope to find a good one. Most users are gonna ever only print PLA on the RF100 anyways, presumably.
