Add win 10 support #39

In one of the issues(#28 ) you said that you don't support win 10 and windows. can you please add support for windows as it is a pain in the ass having bought and esp8266 and have found out that it doesn't work for your computer.

I still don't have Windows and I have no intentions getting it.
