Is a dvb-t receiver.

Thank you very much @sgerwk. How you capture the codes does not matter as long as you are sure they are correct :-)

That's good, because I have some other files like this. I used soiral for collecting the codes. It also works with a 1$ hw: a cheap IR 3.5jack emitter, used in reverse.
