Add new Panasonic TV codes and clean up #21

added new codes
removed duplicated codes
used consistent naming convention for functions
removed redundant N2QAYB000862.csv (all codes in the other files)
removed redundant Plasma directory (all codes in TV)

Hi @probonopd, any thoughts on the above? I did a similar cleanup here as I did on https://github.com/probonopd/irdb/pull/15
