Add Tangent HiFi II: Ampster BT, CD and Tuner shared remote #54

This a three piece HiFi tower, where the individual parts are sold in a bundle as well as separately. All three share a single remote.

Please let me know if you think the folder name should be different.

The funtion numbers are in ascending order as you "read" each button on the remote face, ie. left to right then top to bottom.

(No buttons on the back, nor any hidden buttons under the battery cover.)
