Change the (meaningless) protocol NECx to either NECx1 or NECx2. #60

The original files were (obviously) generated using DecodeIR. This library has many shortcomings, one is that it generates protocol names that is not renderable. "NECx" is not a renderable protocol. I have therefore changed all occurrences of "NECx" to either NECx1 or NECx2, which both denote renderable protocols.
