Change non-renderable protocols G.I. Cable & G.I. Cable[1} to G.I.Cable. #62

"G.I. Cable" was probably generated by DecodeIR, is not renderable; "G.I.Cable" (i.e. without the space) is.

"G.I. Cable{1}" denotes an incomplete learn of DecodeIR.

In some cases (like Marantz TV), these commands are intermixed with RC5 commands, which suggests that some may be erroneous...
