Delete 34 useless files using Gap-xxx-yyy-* as "protocol" #68
This patch deletes 34 files, which exclusively "uses" the "protocol" a Gap-xxx-yyy-zzz. This does not denote a usable protocol; but instead was generated by DecodeIR, meaning that it gave up, but still had some information to deliver (in the parameters xxx, yyy, zzz etc).
