Fixed Sharp/Unknown_RRMCGA030WJSA/8,48.csv by replacing Kaseikyo-170.90 by SharpDVD. #74

Kaseikyo-170.90 as such is not a protocol recognized by renderers. Fortunately, the file is obvously generated from the Lirc file https://sourceforge.net/p/lirc-remotes/code/ci/master/tree/remotes/sharp/RRMCGA030WJSA.lircd.conf , and regenerating the file using RemoteLocator produces a usable file, that I am submitting. (SharpDVD is approximately the same as Kaseikyo-170.90).
