Mirrorbrain is e.g., used by http://files.kde.org/ and by https://download.opensuse.org.

Mirrorbrain could generate zsync files on-the-fly, but it is more robust to generate them manually. This way we can also have symlinks to the zsync files under a constant URL such as ...-latest-....
