do you have a probot app deployed that uses this adapter? We have a pull request which updates the adapter to Probot v11: https://github.com/probot/adapter-aws-lambda-serverless/pull/59

We also have an example app that will use the new adapter once it's merged and published: https://github.com/probot/example-aws-lambda-serverless/

I'm not very familiar with serverless. I'd appreciate if you could check whether there is a way to improve instructions
