i'm a big fan of the settings bot, but it's missing one thing that i think would be a big help. i'm not sure if it makes sense to expand settings to support it, or if it is possible already through another means, but i'd love to be able to create a new repo with a config under .github/ that enables a list of github apps for that new repo from the available ones that are already installed into the org. some apps i've enabled for all repos, but this would be really helpful for the apps that i only enable for certain ones.
