We've been using no-carrier for auto-closing incomplete and abandoned pull requests, having the features of No Response for pull requests would be nice.

The config options could be extended like in Stale to set different values for issues and pull requests.

I second this request. Not closing PRs makes this bot mostly useless in the case of homebrew-cask.

Is there a reason (technical or otherwise) why it only works on issues?
