Bot appears to not be running #171

We enabled probot for facebook/create-react-app (thanks!) but it appears the bot stopped running after processing 3 rounds of issues (16+ hrs ago, enabled for just under 24 hrs).

Did it hit some sort of API rate limit / get blocked?

Thanks in advance for looking into this.

Ooh, it just started working again! Keeping an eye on it...
