feature request: auto send a PR on new repo or all existing repo to enable stale #235

It's quite annoying to do this manually, I was thinking we should do what greenkeeper does. Simply send a PR when a repo is created (or to all repo when this app is installed)

If user merges the PR good, if user doesn't want to activate they can simply close the PR and stale won't be activated by default.

What do you think?

I couldn't send a PR :( I got really busy, can someone else take over? it'd be awesome to do that, (actually maybe probot should have an extension, which we just need to invoke and it'd take care of it :) )
