Hi!

We've got some Projects that stale shouldn't close issues in at all - e.g: roadmap issues and the like. However, we pretty much have all issues in Projects, so the general 'don't stale an issue if it's in a project' doesn't really work.

tl;dr - being able to specify a project(s) that stale should ignore if an issue belongs to any of those projects would be grand
