I've installed stale and nothing has happened for days #307

Hi -

I'd love to provide more detail but I dont have any. I've installed stale a few weeks ago to the https://github.com/sqlalchemy/sqlalchemy/ repo, set up the stale.yml file https://github.com/sqlalchemy/sqlalchemy/blob/master/.github/stale.yml , and nothing has happened at all. I just tried reinstalling it just now. there's no logs or anything anywhere so i have no idea what it's doing, if anything at all.

These are the issues it should be marking as stale: https://github.com/sqlalchemy/sqlalchemy/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Aquestion

if you can tell me where I should be looking for logs / error messages / whatever that would help.

it's relevant to the stalebot project. to others, not really as it's been abandoned.
