Remove Apps template #65

This repository is a template for all Probot apps that get created, and experience has taught us that most people don't modify any of the files in this repo. I'd prefer to avoid sections that require human curation like this unless there's a way we can generate them as part of the template.

Since the "Apps" section is something that should (and likely will in the future) be a page on every GitHub repository, I'd prefer to skip this section for now.
