Add .editorconfig file #68

This config matches the one used in probot/probot and probot/settings

Thanks for the PR @BPScott! While I appreciate the sentiment behind this, I'm not sure we want to include this level of editor configuration for users when they install the template. I think editor configuration is something we'd like to remain un-opinionated about. Additionally, I'd like this scaffolding to be as lightweight as possible, so I'm gonna close this out, but I do appreciate your work on this!
