Specifically we need

0 < X < 0 => FiniteEvent on EmptySet
0 < X <= 0 => FiniteEvent on EmptySet
0 <= X < 0 => FiniteEvent on EmptySet
0 <= X <= 0 => FiniteEvent on {0}
