Uniswap #59

Implemented the uniswap swap widget with CMC token list. Features:

  1. Select tokens from cmc list
  2. Swap tokens

ToDo:

  1. Implement a dedicated connection button (currently you have to manually connect your wallet to the application)
  2. Implement a different swap with token list pulled from uniswap subgraph.
